We are currently looking for motivated newcomers ready to start their careers in Digital Marketing and AdTech — and you can be part of this story!


What we’re looking for:

  • Negotiation, sales, and problem-solving skills;
  • Conversational English at B2+ level.

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience in traffic arbitrage and understanding of key metrics (CR, CTR, Retention, LTV, CPA, CPC, CPM, etc.);
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Account Manager or Sales Manager;
  • Experience working with international markets.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing partners, increasing their ad spend;
  • Analyze ongoing ad campaigns and optimize them to meet client KPIs;
  • Conduct secondary (upsell) sales to clients;
  • Handle clients’ technical questions;
  • Prepare reports for clients.

At the start, you’ll go through an onboarding period to dive into client management processes, learn how AdTech campaigns operate, and practice communication with real clients.
The best candidates will continue their journey with us as Account Managers.
