Business Development Manager (Gambling / iGaming)

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Development Manager to drive our growth and expand our market coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Market analysis of Push, Pop, and Telegram traffic; discovery of new verticals within these niches.
- Matching current ad inventory with other demand-side products and developing ready-to-implement monetization solutions.
- Custom development deals with key players in iGaming, AdTech, Digital, and Media to attract them to our platform.
- The primary goal is to increase the coverage and fill rate of our current inventory.
- Discovery of new, potentially interesting traffic formats suitable for our demand.
- Regularly presenting findings and strategic initiatives to the team for decision-making.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development or partnerships within e-commerce, AdTech, Digital Media, or CPA/Affiliate networks (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data in reports.
- Proven skills in custom development and sourcing cold leads for such deals.
- Hands-on experience in attracting publishers/partners and closing deals.
- Understanding of digital advertising fundamentals, pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL), and their practical application.
- English language proficiency at B2 level for client communication.
