We are currently looking for a Traffic & Partnerships Manager (SSP Manager) to help us develop traffic acquisition and build strong partner relationships.

Manage current partners and negotiate with new ones;

Analyze the market and propose ideas/hypotheses to improve key performance metrics;

Collaborate with related departments on traffic-related issues;

Identify and purchase new traffic sources;

Monitor the quality of acquired traffic and work closely with the anti-fraud team.

Experience in the field, ideally with traffic management in other networks (experience with SSPs);

English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (both written and spoken);

Experience integrating networks via OpenRTB/XML ad formats (push/pop/telegram/banner/native);

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data;

Negotiation skills and the ability to build strong partnerships;

High level of self-organization and responsibility.
