We are looking for an experienced and proactive Product Manager to lead the growth of our Telegram-based initiatives. You will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, managing a product team, and testing hypotheses aimed at increasing profitability. Responsibilities

  • Identify key growth opportunities and manage the product team to deliver results.
  • Generate and prioritize hypotheses focused on profitability.
  • Delegate tasks to junior product managers and oversee their execution.
  • Set clear development tasks for the engineering team.
  • Conduct customer development (custdev) interviews with key partners to identify new hypotheses.
  • Continuously test and validate new hypotheses.
  • Drive the growth of Telegram Mini Apps and Telegram Ads markets.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for building and scaling the advertising network.
  • Lead hypothesis testing initiatives to optimize profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Business Developer, or Head of Product in a major in-app network.
  • Strong understanding of the in-app market and ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with partner integrations.
  • Established network of agencies, advertisers, and publishers.
  • Responsibility for metrics that directly impact profitability.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with a focus on maximizing profit.
  • Proactive mindset with strong initiative and ownership attitude.
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently.
  • Experience conducting customer development (custdev) interviews.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
