We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will strengthen our market presence, expand inventory coverage, and unlock new growth opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Market analysis of push, pop, and Telegram traffic, as well as discovery of new verticals within these niches.
  • Matching current inventory to various products and forming ready-made solutions for clients.
  • Conducting custdev (customer development) sessions with key players in the iGaming, AdTech, Digital, and Media markets and onboarding them to the platform.
  • Primary goal: increasing the coverage of current inventory and expanding its applicability.
  • Searching for and evaluating new traffic formats potentially suitable for our existing demand.
  • Regular preparation and presentation of findings, hypotheses, and initiatives to the team for strategic decision-making.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Partnerships in one of the following fields:
    e-commerce, AdTech, Digital Media, CPA/Affiliate, Performance/Buying Agencies.
  • Ability to conduct deep analytical research and present results in clear, understandable reports.
  • Skills in custdev, finding cold respondents, and deriving key insights.
  • Hands-on experience in attracting partners/platforms, conducting negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of digital advertising, pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL), and their application.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level for communication with clients and partners.
