We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team. This role is critical for building strong relationships with advertisers, growing account spend, and ensuring the success of digital campaigns across push and pops formats. Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing advertiser accounts, increasing spend and deepening relationships
Launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across push and pops formats
Analyze campaign performance and optimize according to client KPIs (CR, CTR, Retention, LTV, CPA, CPC, CPM, etc.)
Conduct both primary and secondary sales activities with clients
Resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams
Prepare and present detailed reports to clients, providing insights and recommendations
Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and actively pursue upselling

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience working with push and pops advertising formats
Proven skills in negotiation, effective sales, and handling problem-solving situations
English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher (written and spoken)
Experience in traffic arbitrage
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance indicators
Hands-on experience with analytics platforms and tracking systems
Experience working in international markets is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
