Market analysis of Push, Pop, and Telegram traffic; discovery of new verticals within these niches.

Matching current ad inventory with other demand-side products and developing ready-to-implement monetization solutions.

Custom development deals with key players in iGaming, AdTech, Digital, and Media to attract them to our platform.

The primary goal is to increase the coverage and fill rate of our current inventory.

Discovery of new, potentially interesting traffic formats suitable for our demand.

Regularly presenting findings and strategic initiatives to the team for decision-making.

2+ years of experience in business development or partnerships within e-commerce, AdTech, Digital Media, or CPA/Affiliate networks (preferred, but not mandatory).

Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data in reports.

Proven skills in custom development and sourcing cold leads for such deals.

Hands-on experience in attracting publishers/partners and closing deals.

Understanding of digital advertising fundamentals, pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL), and their practical application.

English language proficiency at B2 level for client communication.

Proactivity and a genuine interest in the field.

We are currently looking for an experienced Search Media Buyer for an internal project to help us reach new heights in our work.

Launch and scale campaigns on TikTok and Facebook (RSOC/AFD).

Think creatively and find unconventional approaches to standard tasks.

Work with trackers and analytics, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvements for ad campaigns.

Analyze media buying strategies using spy tools.

Meet KPIs and maintain campaign reporting.

Collaborate with designers and technical specialists.

Deep knowledge and understanding of how search arbitrage works (AFD and RSoC).

At least 1 year of experience with TikTok 2 Search / Facebook 2 Search campaigns.

Experience working with feeds like SEDO, TONIC, Inuvo, ads.com, etc.

Understanding of compliant/white-hat approaches and ability to test and scale compliant creatives.

Strong analytical skills; proficiency with trackers (RedTrack, Binom, etc.) and understanding arbitrage metrics.

Access to almost unlimited TikTok accounts (own BC).

Media Buyer (Search Arbitrage)

We are currently looking for a Traffic & Partnerships Manager (SSP Manager) to help us develop traffic acquisition and build strong partner relationships.

Manage current partners and negotiate with new ones;

Analyze the market and propose ideas/hypotheses to improve key performance metrics;

Collaborate with related departments on traffic-related issues;

Identify and purchase new traffic sources;

Monitor the quality of acquired traffic and work closely with the anti-fraud team.

Experience in the field, ideally with traffic management in other networks (experience with SSPs);

English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (both written and spoken);

Experience integrating networks via OpenRTB/XML ad formats (push/pop/telegram/banner/native);
